How long will it take to process an order made via the online shop?

 

On receipt of the notification of an online order, an email will be sent within 24 hours acknowledging the order.

Time to process order: the processing time for the order is within two business days from the date of the order placement.

 

Delivery time:  Aestec Australia aims to organise delivery in the shortest time. Unfortunately due to the impact COVID has had on Australia Post as well as couriers, delivery time may be between 5 - 7 days.

 

Authority to Leave: when a courier is used, an authority to leave will be used. Aestec Australia will instruct the courier to leave the parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.

 

You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises.

 

Aestec Australia  Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release Aestec Australia Pty Ltd  from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

 

If you do not wish for this to happen, we will send your order via express post by Australia Post

 

For Melbourne Clients Only - Local pick up: Local contactless collection can be pre – arranged on a Thursday or Friday.  At time of ordering, an email must be sent to admin@aestecaustralia.com.au advising of collection.  

 

RETURNS & WARRANTY

Returns of consumables
If there is a major problem with the product purchased, Aestec Australia  will offer a refund or replacement for only up to 7 days from the date of purchase. This does not include if you change your mind. 

 

Returns Time frame
Once your return/replacement request has been approved, you will receive notification via email. The goods must be returned to Aestec Australia Pty Ltd within 10 days of the approval before the refund or replacement will be dispatched.

They must be packed and sealed in their original shipping package. You must ensure the item is packaged well.

Aestec Australia reserves the right to reject returns: 

That are received beyond this 10 day window,

You are responsible for the shipping and postage charges.

 

Warranty Periods

Warranty periods are based on the manufacturers’ warranty periods, terms and conditions. Terms of conditions vary between products and manufacturers.
